🐶 What You’ll Do

Customer Service

Greet clients with warmth and professionalism—in person, over the phone, and via email.
Assist with reservations, check-ins, and questions about our services.
Resolve concerns with empathy, ensuring every guest (and pet!) feels valued and cared for.

Pet Care

Help bathe and prep dogs in our grooming salon under the guidance of experienced groomers.
Assist in supervising daycare playgroups, keeping pets safe and happy.
Support our boarding operations: feeding, cleaning, and giving lots of love to our overnight guests.

Learn Across Departments

Rotate through all parts of the resort to build knowledge and hands-on experience.
Learn the essentials of pet grooming, animal behavior, and wellness.
Build a foundation that could lead to future leadership or even launching your own pet care business.

Compensation: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

In 2012, we set out to create a great place where people felt safe to leave their dogs, a place where dogs could stay, play, be groomed, and receive training.
